I am hoping you will have a red bean paste or vegetable steamed buns posted eventually.

How about some kind of miso soup? Preferably one that doesn’t rely on things like mushroom or much fish? (But that could be added if desired, I suppose! I’m just allergic.) Right now, I just kind of toss things together and cross my fingers!

Love your site by the way- beautiful pictures of everything! I wish I were as adventurous as you!

Do you have a bitter Melon recipe? Oh how I miss the cold pickled bitter melon dishes I would get in Beijing at the beginning of meals.

Wow! This site is a gold mine! I am a single dad and I seem to cook the same 4-5 dishes all the time. I don’t have a lot of recipes and my kids get tired of eating the same things all the time. This is my favorite type of food and my kids like it too. There are so many recipes here I can’t wait to try some of them out. I am glad I found your site. Thanks!

I just discovered your blog and I love it! I have been hunting around on the Internet for a blog of Chinese recipes and hadn’t been able to find one until I looked up a recipe for scallion pancakes and your site came up. Your pictures look wonderful and the food looks so appetizing! I was wondering if you had the recipe for braised yi noodles with crab meat. Thank you so much for your wonderful site!
